As an employee of Sheetz that travels through the state frequently, I feel safe by saying that most resturaunt convenience stores, Wawa, Royal Farms, etc. have either a marked basket, small trash can or a sign designating that you surrender your order ticket to the employee in exchange for your food. Sheetz does not require inventory or record keeping of such tickets, however 90% of the customers understandably do not know where to appropriately discard their tickets when receiving their order and either they ask if we need the ticket or they just ball it up and put it somewhere on the expediter or the floor. I was advised by my manager that putting a basket or anything of the sorts by the expediter is not allowed. Any way we can get a designated ticket recepticle or something of the sorts?
