There are a growing number of people, including myself and my family, who avoid eating genetically modified foods. If there were some organic options on the MTO menu Sheetz could capitalize on the largely untapped customer base searching for healthy, organic, real food on the go. Even just a few pre-made organic salad options could bring in a new type of customer and change the way people think of food from a "gas station". I am from the rural area surrounding the Altoona region and even here the demand for this type of quality food from a restaurant is high.
