The point system at the company is awful. It is really the only negative about this job. I don't know who came up with it but it needs revamped. Days need to be given that do not accrue points. Sick days for example. This is above and beyond the personal days that we have to earn. It costs this company money to put every single employee under review for days that points are just going to come off of anyway. Why not skip all the headache and avoid the points in the first place. I work 2 different shifts every day here and if I am sick one day, I am hit with double points. This is not fair to me. Something needs done with this system. It's outdated and awful.
