It would be helpful to be able to say light, or extra of anything added to the food. For instance, if you want extra mayo, right now you don't have that option.
I would like to see MTO order screen at the pumps That way I could just tack my order on to my fuel payment. This will reduce my wait time inside as my food can be prepared while I am still pumping gas. Also, I won't have to wait in the checkout line. In addition to this there could be additional drinks added to the MTO menu at the pump so I can add a cooler drink to my order (Monster for example) so I can still... more »
I would like to see a healthier food selection along with more vegetarian items on the menu. These should be added to not only the made-to-order menu but the made-to-go menu as well.
At the end of placing your order there should be a comment box for any additional information. Example, extra sauce, hold an item, etc. much easier than trying to get someone's attention before they make your food.
Make everything on the menu able to be completely customized. Having to yell back to the busy workers is too hard on both customer and workers and then you often end up with something on your food that you don't want/are allergic to/etc.
There should be an option to get a sandwich, fries (or even onion rings or other side items), and a fountain drink for one price instead of paying for each thing individually. It would sort of be like getting a combo meal at a fast food restaurant.
Sheetz should have tacos..chicken or beef with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and boom boom sauce
Employee's should be able to turn off options on the MTO machines if they're out of something. Example: if the store runs out of chicken strips, the chicken strip button could be greyed out with a "Sorry, we're out of this item right now" over top of it. Similarly, if out of something like tomato, if could be turned off so it shows a similar message on every sub/sandwich page. I've ordered whole meals and gotten in... more »
One of my favorite parts about the MTO menu is the drink section. I love the many different options there are for blended coffee drinks and fruit smoothies, but I think including a section for milkshakes would add an exciting twist to the menu, especially for the summer! People could choose their favorite base flavor and add things to mix in, such as M&Ms, peanuts, cookies, etc.
Have nutritional info available as you order your food. That way we can see just how many calories is in that extra cheese on our subs and decide if we should keep it or not! It would help people to make healthier choices and make it easier for those of us on a diet.
I would like to see some kind of soup options (chili, chicken noodle, etc) as when it gets cold out I don't always want a burger, hot dog or fried food. Not only would it be a good option for customers but also sheetz because you could have it in one of those warmers that keeps it hot all day long (less wait time to prepare).
I know I love to go to Sheetz to get my lunch. I would love to option to submit my MTO food order from my computer with a time window I could come and pick it up. Online payment for that would also be great. That way I don't have to spend 1/2 of my lunch waiting for my food to be made.
I have a gluten intolerance, and I know many of people that have gluten allergies. It's difficult for us to find gluten free options at fast food places or gas stations. It would be great if Sheetz was the first fast food place to offer a gluten free menu!
MTO desserts could be a great contribution. I always wish Sheetz had desserts. Something like Fried apple dumplings and oreos, or even an ice cream sundae area MTO!
Being a vegetarian, there are not many options on the MTO menu besides a cheese sub or veggie sub to choose from. Many popular food chains have taken notice to the non-meat eaters and started serving veggie burgers (Burger King) and Veggie Patties (Subway). With the new craze of everyone trying to eat healthier, serving a veggie patty as an MTO option would allow vegetarians or anyone looking for a healthier option to... more »
