Expansion of MySheetz Card use

I think it would be cool to allow customers to scan or swipe their MySheetz card at an order monitor/computer. From doing so they could view favorites, their food/drink credits, and the current promotions. Every time you swipe/scan your card and select a food or drink, the system would record it and if you constantly order that item, it would become a favorite. The recording of favorites would allow for easy and fast... more »

iPhone/Android App

Sheetz could have its own app that could let you scan your My Sheetz card so you'd only need your phone to access it. It could also tell you of any new deals, and keep track of when your next free coffee/sub/etc would be. It could maybe be implemented into the MTO service in that you could have the menu within the App, and simply order from home and have the food/drink ready when you arrived (payment could also be processed... more »

Notification of Free Item(s)

When checking out, the cashiers are not notified of free reward item(s) until after providing a total. When paying with cash, it is quite inefficient for EVERYONE! The customer is not asked about using free item(s) until AFTER taking time to count out their money. Choosing to use the free item(s) then changes the total and causes more time to be wasted to adjust payment. As soon as items are done being scanned, BEFORE... more »

Sheets goes biodegradable

I was in class a few days ago and it was all about recycling and environmental friendly items and ideas. I always see Sheetz bags, cups, etc. on the side of the road going up to school. The entire road is sided by trees and I hate seeing things caught up in them. If Sheetz went biodegradable I think it would make a world of difference. Also, multiple customers have complained about having to carry multiple items to... more »

MTOnTheGo

A food truck that offers Sheetz MTO items and Beverages. Could go to local sporting events - professional, college or high school. Could visit smaller towns and cities that don’t always have food trucks but love the Sheetz name. Outdoor festivals and county fairs are other possibilities for sites. Sheetz could even be a franchisor of the #MTOnTheGo Truck!

Receipts emailed for purchases made using loyalty card.

Meals and gas from Sheetz are often business expenses for me, so I spend a fair amount of time scanning receipts. I've found that a lot of stores wait until a receipt printer is completely dead before fixing/replacing it, giving me receipts that have lines missing and scan/OCR poorly. I'd whine about that, but the fact is that I don't want those paper slips taking up space in my wallet anyway. Why not give the option... more »

Able to see your sheetz card rewards

I always have credits for things on my receipts but the employees never tell me what they are for or if/when they expire you should be able to scan my card at a kiosk and see what you have for free. Sheetz is really good they don't need to improve on much. But the KIOSKS have a lot of potential to serve the customer just gotta get the developers on board.

USMC

Uniform regulations for the Marine Corps prevent Marines from getting out of their vehicles in public, while in uniform. Sheetz with drive-thrus located near Marine Corps bases would be an extremely popular lunch destination. Also if there was a fuel service that provided a Sheetz employee to fill up your tank when you are not able to leave your car. Even if there were an up charge, this would still be a popular service.... more »
