ATM positioning and privacy

Tuesday, had a guy loitering at the lottery machine, 'studying' it and obviously shoulder surfing customers at the ATM, next to the lottery. Need to position ATM's so you have both privacy, and still observable by cashiers. At least put the lottery and ATM, back to back, instead of side by side. I always check for a 'skimmer', too.

Expand Sheetz store #461 in Duncannon, PA (Rt. 322)

Sheetz store 461 in Duncannon, PA is in severe need of an expansion. (1) This store is packed during rush hour and very hard to find parking. (2) Trucks pulling long trailers are constantly pulling into the ONLY diesel pump at this location and blocking traffic to the pumps. This store needs a dedicated diesel pump area for trucks and long trailers that frequent Rt. 322. The farmland to the North of the store would ...more »

Keeping the flow

I would place all coffee and condiments to rear of store, everything is jammed into a small space and makes people frustrated. You have mto, coffee and pick up orders on top of one another. Have the coffee with all your needs in an island or at least away from the mto machines so others can place their orders while some are getting drinks. Place registers in the middle that way they can watch and be accessible from ...more »

Organize your snuff

There are so many different types of snuff on the market and you guys do have the best selection and prices around. I always buy snuff by the roll. Every store I have been to has no organization to their snuff rolls and it takes forever to find the brand, type, and flavor that I'm looking for. Organize it so even the newest employee can find it in a reasonable amount of time.

Reposition coffee stations

With the coffee station being right inside the two entrances at my store I frequent every morning, it gets extremely clogged up area wise with people trying to get coffee, while others are standing in a makeshift line waiting to check out as well as people trying to leave afterwards. Perhaps placing the coffee station more toward the rear of the store and putting the cold drink section in it's place would free up some ...more »

To get donuts while holding coffee/drink

I would like to see a table/stand of some sort by the fresh donut display. When I have my coffee or drink in hand there is no where to set it down to get donuts/cookies out of the display so sometimes I don't get any because it's to inconvenient to find a place to set my drink to get anything out of display.

Parking Lot Safety- Mirrors

Placing some of those convex mirrors up on the corners of the building would allow you to have another view to check for vehicles coming through the parking area when you're trying to back out of a spot. Sometimes you're parked next to a larger vehicle and have no way to see if something is coming other than to back out and hope you see them in time.
