Constant long lines for checkout without MTO food needs addressed. New Huntingdon store near Walmart this past Sunday was packed with lake traffic and locals and had 1 person on register and 4 in food prep area. The point system at the company is awful. It is really the only negative about this job. I don't know who came up with it but it needs revamped. Days need to be given that do not accrue points. Sick days for example. This is above and beyond the personal days that we have to earn. We need the tight fitting gloves in MTO. It's hard to make a sandwich look beautiful when you have those cheap, crappy, way too big gloves on. They spin 360's on your hands and slide off constantly. To me, that is unsanitary and counter productive. I guarantee it will help get the orders ready faster.

I am a employee at store #492 and I am a young woman, i do understand why we're not allowed to have are nails painted etc, but we have to wash are hands every time we enter and exit the kitchen, plus I feel that we buy a tighter pair of gloves it would be perfect. I am a new employee at store 492, I think since are technology is growing that are schedules should be online. There a few apps to try but i feel that we should have it online so employee can look and request off online, less paper, and it's also privacy so other can't see if but yourself.
Whenever a customer enters the Drive-Thru order point, the employee's headset activates to respond to the customer. After the automated voice is done speaking and the employee greets the customer, the employee is clearly aware there is someone in Drive-Thru. Sheetz is a leader in a lot of things, however, if you ask any employee (former or current) work/life ratio is one of the issues with working there.
I think giving management one weekend off a month would go into helping alieve this problem.
I'm part of the management team and balding. But I can grow and amazing beard. Consider management staff dress code to be well groomed facial hair. Maybe require a hair net if you must. I worked in prisons prior and even then when I dealt with inmates and their food I just had to wear a hair net for my beard! Love my company! Love my store!
I think that manger staff should be first aid and CPR trained .
Please employees of Sheetz (any cashier anywhere) put the coinage in the customer's hand first, then the paper money. Please do NOT put paper money and receipt in the customer's hand then putting loose coins on top to fall off.
