I believe we should carry the thicker, colorful milkshake straws as well as the red ones we currently have. They would be the same straws that different companies use for Boba tea. We can have the current straws for SBC drinks like iced coffees and the fizz city area, then milkshake straws to make drinking our milkshakes easier.

In the parking lot of Sheetz, there are signs that say "No Loitering." It would be really fun to introduce "No Shloitering" signs. This would be a fun way to prevent Schloitering by using the "Sh" model that Sheetz has traditionally leveraged for its products.
Put something on the site/u-tube on using the MTO drive through. Is it full service, limited service, MTO only? I honestly don't know and have talked to a few folks in line with me who also didn't know, and thus we don't use it. I also see one cashier so do they have to leave the line to take care of an MTO order? If i have a large order am I tying up the person who only wants a coffee?
Set up drive through with a "holding" station for waiting and a board to show what orders are ready so you can leave the holding area. This could tie with several other suggestions but the order number would display when your order was ready and you could leave the holding station to pick it up (ideally already paid for either inside or via the Kiosk at the pump) but not too bad if you paid at the window. This would ...more »
We waste too much mayonnaise and it’s becase the tub is huge!!! If we could get squeezed bottle mayo we would waste LESS and have MORE accuracy spreading the mayo on orders
On the Sheetz website, there is a simple page of family and a small description. Sheetz has been around for over 60 years, half a century and climbing. I feel this does NOT do the Sheetz founding family justice. My Idea, there should be a timeline with photos, start the time line from 1952 - show us the first store opened with several pictures and a bio of the man that started it all! Let us see the ...more »
The doors are not automatic and are very heavy. Having had 2 back surgeries, I have a hard time pushing them open. Someone in a wheelchair or walker cannot access the store. This is not compliant with the ADA.
I think instead of throwing out of date items I think I should be donated to local fire, end police in the community they serve, they're out in all conditions and are hungry upon return, this would help them out, same with drinks
The idea is basically a log that one would use on the Sheetz app that keeps track of all the different Sheetz stores you’ve been to, like a digital version of that page in your passport they put the country stamp on. The goal is a fun thing for bragging rightz to see who has been to the most locationz. Could keep track with a geotagged picture you take in app (the app will only let you take a picture in a certain area ...more »
There is nothing more frustration from an employee standpoint as trying to clean and get everything ready for the next day, QA, ect, while also having to be making orders, nonstop, worry about taking temps, and wipe downs and all the little things. I think that overnight should have a set window where only very specific items can be ordered (fried only, breakfast only, no drinks, something of that nature) or the entire ...more »
It would be useful if we could put air dryers in the back of stores for employee use. It's hard to put gloves on when your hands are wet, and I hate wasting so many paper towels every time I wash my hands (which is frequently!)
Ive seen a few customers come in to the store were I work with walkers, gains etc maybe a automatically open door for this would help them
I feel that an easier way to get people to donate would be to change (or add a button) to the POS that allows for rounding the bill to the nearest whole dollar and donating the change For The Kidz. I've found much success asking people if they would rather round up instead of donating a dollar, and I know a lot of people would feel more comfortable having a button to push that rounds it up instead of doing the math to ...more »
A mobile Sheetz Food Truck to take to different locations, events, and Venues. Not a full menu but a lot of the most popular sheetz food and drink MTO items
Hello my name is Rebecca n I used to b employed at Sheetz. During the 5 years I worked there I came across some food ideas that I believe would boost sheetz profits. One is milkshakes. You can make an ordinary vanilla milkshakes and add the Rte cheesecakes to the mix for a cheesecake shake. It is very delicious, would boost sales, and help with the waste when the cheesecakes go out of code. Also a deep fried burrito. ...more »
