Sheetz to the greater Philadelphia area. (Delware county)

Delaware county: south, south east of Philadelphia, this county my be perceived as "Wawa territory" but I believe (as do many others) a Sheetz location would be very profitable. 1: Delware county is very densely populated (hell my high school had 4000 kids in it). Sheetz Rest Stop on Great Allegheny Passage

The town of Confluence PA is perfectly situated at the half-way point between McKeesport PA and Cumberland, MD along the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) recreation trail. Bicyclers routinely ride the route all the way from DC to Pittsburgh, but others just head to Ohiopyle and circle back at Confluence. The last gas station in Confluence burned down recently. http://www.post-gazette.com/business/pittsburgh-company-news/2016/06/26/A-trail-town-mourns-the-loss-of-its-only-gas-station/stories/201606260076 ...more »
