Reusable hot/cold coffee cups are an easy way for consumers to keep straws and cups out of landfills and oceans. It is very surprising and disappointing in my last visit that I couldn't get my SBC order in the reusable cup I had brought due to Sheetz's own rules. The store and customer service rep said I could use their cup to transfer my SBC drink into my cup; that was an unhelpful idea because the whole point was ...more »
Our Sheetz always had brewed flavored coffee in pots but went to the large coffee dispenses. The only flavored options now are the flavored shots and creamer. Nothing replaces a fresh brewed cup of Hazelnut coffee. I use to drive 5 miles out of my way every morning now it's been years since I've been to Sheetz.
Short and simple really. I just want a non dairy option for creamers I know you guys have the machine that dispenses the creamers but honestly those take forever especially for me who likes my coffee more on the cream side. I would like to draw an example from Wawa wear when you're making your coffees they have the cartons of non-dairy creamer in coolers near the coffee stirrers/lids I would like to see something like ...more »
Sheetz Spring Edition Coffee Cups will feature an all white spring pattern made by KenziGreenDesign. The spring pattern consists of tulips, petals, and chick - a - dees to celebrate the change of seasons. These limited edition coffee cups will entice customers and increase sales. Many of the most popular franchises in the food industry participate in limited edition items and it only makes sense for sheetz to hop on board ...more »
In addition to the normal hot coffee self serve, it would be awesome to add self serve iced coffee. I was in a Sheetz like gas station in Massachusetts and they had self serve iced coffee, complete with a flavor adding station. I think it would be a great seller!
I've noticed that many Sheetz are going to whole milk / french vanilla in the liquid dispensers, displacing the skim milk option. While I know there may not be a large need for skim, I feel like this should be at least a request-able option. I was told the MTO skim is ordered based on MTO volume and so any self-serve use would through off the numbers. This means Sheetz is the only coffee place around where skim is ...more »
If we offer the option to add expresso to our milkshakes I have not seen it or I dont remember seeing it. The expresso option could be used to make coffee flavored milkshakes or to put a spin on the milkshakes we already offer. Customers could try peanutbutter and coffee, strawberry and coffee, ect. I believe that this option would be popular among the coffee loving Sheetz goers.
I think our sign for the Sheetz cups and refill option needs to be redesigned to be more colorful and noticable. The prices need to be out in the open and not just on a cup sticker. The display for the cups we sell may need to be re arranged as well. Customers arent noticing them. I have told several customers that come in every day and get a small coffee about our cups and our refill price and they have had no idea. ...more »
I think you should be able to buy cups of coffee as a gift. We should sell coffee coupons. It would be a great gift for offices, schools and large business.
I was standing there waiting for my order the other day as one of the employees was brewing new coffee in all of the self serve big coffeemakers. As I watched him empty the used grounds into the trash time after time, an idea came to mind. Starbucks has a bucket by the door where they have sealed bags of used coffee grounds customers can take. They are great to add to gardens, landscape area soil etc. Why not bag ...more »
Set up small tables near the coffee machines. This will make it much easier for someone getting multiple cups of coffee to set them up in the carriers and take them to the check-out. I sometimes get 3 or 4 coffeez to take out for others and myself, and it is a struggle to keep from spilling the coffee while getting them from the large urns. Someplace to set them while filling the other cups would make it much easier ...more »
The degree of roast has an effect upon coffee flavor and body. Right now Sheetz is only serving darker roasts such as French and Italian Roasts. While these dark roasts are generally bolder because they have less fiber content and a more sugary flavor, they are also thinner and more watery. The lighter roasts such as Cinnamon Roast and New England Roast have a more complex and stronger flavor from aromatic oils and acids ...more »
There is a new and awesome product on the market. It is called Death Wish Coffee. It is the strongest coffee on the market and specially bleneded to be good and not just strong. Bought some samples for gifts and everyone so far has liked it. It is endorsed by Ice Road Trucker Lisa Kelly. She would also be good to endorse Sheetz.
I hate people digging through all the lids before I get mine! Are there not any types of lid dispensers that keep everyone from digging through the lid stack?
While Sheetz has some interesting flavors (banana) for their specialty drinks, I feel the options are too few. The other night I wanted a cinnamon hot chocolate more than anything and assumed sheetz would be able to fulfill my desires only to be let down. I think some flavors that would be great to include would be: Cinnamon, coconut, toffee nut, dulce de leche, and orange.
