Place pay machines at the MTO kiosks. That way you don't need to walk all the way to the front to pay then walk all the way back.

I think it would be cool to allow customers to scan or swipe their MySheetz card at an order monitor/computer. From doing so they could view favorites, their food/drink credits, and the current promotions. Every time you swipe/scan your card and select a food or drink, the system would record it and if you constantly order that item, it would become a favorite. The recording of favorites would allow for easy and fast ...more »
Put card scanners on the pumps like they do at grocery stores so you can use the sheetz card on your key ring and not have the find the big card in your wallet.
Sheetz could have its own app that could let you scan your My Sheetz card so you'd only need your phone to access it. It could also tell you of any new deals, and keep track of when your next free coffee/sub/etc would be. It could maybe be implemented into the MTO service in that you could have the menu within the App, and simply order from home and have the food/drink ready when you arrived (payment could also be processed ...more »
I would like to propose the idea of hand sanitizers stations at each gas/diesel pump. Also a hand sanitizer station at the free air pump would be great as well.
When checking out, the cashiers are not notified of free reward item(s) until after providing a total. When paying with cash, it is quite inefficient for EVERYONE! The customer is not asked about using free item(s) until AFTER taking time to count out their money. Choosing to use the free item(s) then changes the total and causes more time to be wasted to adjust payment. As soon as items are done being scanned, BEFORE ...more »
I was in class a few days ago and it was all about recycling and environmental friendly items and ideas. I always see Sheetz bags, cups, etc. on the side of the road going up to school. The entire road is sided by trees and I hate seeing things caught up in them. If Sheetz went biodegradable I think it would make a world of difference. Also, multiple customers have complained about having to carry multiple items to ...more »
Instead of of a person calling the numbers. Have a screen showing the numbers like at the DMV. So people also know if they are next or when there numbers are.
Around where I live, the food overs are just shouted when they are ready, if the store is busy, sometimes it can be hard to hear the order number. Why not have the employees announces that "Order #xxx, is ready" or something like that.
Customers always complain that we need baskets for the people who buy a lot of stuff at once. Some people ask if they can set their stuff on the counter because they have so much. With a basket it would make things easier for the customer.
Offer basic recycling bins for plastic, aluminum and glass. I view companies that don't offer recycling as out of date. I take all recyclables home with me to recycle and it makes the experience feel, well, trashy.
A food truck that offers Sheetz MTO items and Beverages. Could go to local sporting events - professional, college or high school. Could visit smaller towns and cities that don’t always have food trucks but love the Sheetz name. Outdoor festivals and county fairs are other possibilities for sites. Sheetz could even be a franchisor of the #MTOnTheGo Truck!
I always have credits for things on my receipts but the employees never tell me what they are for or if/when they expire you should be able to scan my card at a kiosk and see what you have for free. Sheetz is really good they don't need to improve on much. But the KIOSKS have a lot of potential to serve the customer just gotta get the developers on board.
Uniform regulations for the Marine Corps prevent Marines from getting out of their vehicles in public, while in uniform. Sheetz with drive-thrus located near Marine Corps bases would be an extremely popular lunch destination. Also if there was a fuel service that provided a Sheetz employee to fill up your tank when you are not able to leave your car. Even if there were an up charge, this would still be a popular service. ...more »
From the Bags, to single-use condiment bottles, to plastic beverage containers, Sheetz could be doing a lot to eliminate how much plastic it wastes.
