Drive Through MTO

Have a drive through touch menu and window on the outside of the building. It can run the same system and kitchen with possibly a condensed menu if needed. It would open up traffic on the inside and save time especially with breakfast items. You could even include specific store items such as RedBull or candy.

Self-Checkout at Sheetz Locations

When you are in a hurry and only have an item or two, a self-checkout option would be a great feature at Sheetz stores. You can pay for MTO orders and scan UPC's of other items at the kiosk. Once you're done, swipe your My Sheetz Card, swipe your credit card to pay, and you are on your way out the door. LIDS for Coffee placed NEXT to the COFFEE!!!

For the love of your customers, please stop making people walk through the ocean of people waiting for MTO food all the way across the store for a LID. Here's a great idea- put the LIDS for Coffee placed NEXT to the COFFEE!!! If we need to customize it, we'll take it back off and add things. Right now it is dangerous because in my area the floor is often covered with wet snow. Thank you! :)

Speed up your checkouts

Set up a system to call a "Code 3" or something similar when more than 3 people are waiting in line at the registers. I visit your stores daily and most of them are pretty good. However, some don't seem to care how long the wait is. At times, I have seen 2 people cleaning around the coffee pots while chatting and laughing, 2 or more making food, and 1 person running a register with 10-12 people waiting in line!

Better Employee Training

You need better training for MTO employees regarding food prep and presentation. I can't tell you how many times we have ordered hot dogs and they are thrown together and falling apart (maybe you need better buns) and the condiments are just slopped on - It's disgusting ! Fix the issues you already have first.

Over the past decade, wait times have gotten ridiculously longer, bathrooms have gotten ridiculously dirtier, and customer service has taken a nose dive. I regularly wait 15-20 minutes for a frozen mocha, and seldom hear a "Sorry about the wait" like I used to in the old days. Give that buzzer the boot

Every time I go into a Sheetz and someone orders MTO food, the warning buzzer goes off. Its so ear splitting loud and persistent that it actually makes standing in the store painful for more than a few minutes. Payment Process

Sheetz could truly benefit from installing machines that let you pay for your Made-To-Order orders at the ordering kiosks. It would be easier and a great way for customers that are just getting food to pay for their orders without having to stand in long lines with those that are getting gas or items that aren't on the Made-To-Order Menu.
