Don't charge for things like salsa, sour cream, etc. (charging for guac is understandable since most burrito places do too). More salsa options (use your own recipes too if you already don't). Use better, fresher, and possibly local ingredients. Use different seasonings for the meats used so they taste more like they belong in burritos. Most restaurants don't charge for sides of ranch dressing or marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks (that's the one I have the biggest problem with because it's normally assumed that marinara would come with mozzarella sticks), so maybe consider not charging for sides of sauce.
There should be an option to get a sandwich, fries (or even onion rings or other side items), and a fountain drink for one price instead of paying for each thing individually. It would sort of be like getting a combo meal at a fast food restaurant.
