Those freebies you load onto our "my sheetz cards" every month or so are great! (when you can get them) EXCEPT it never fails that every time I go to redeem them the cashiers have no idea what I'm talking about and try to charge me for something sheetz actually sent me an email about notifying me of my freebie. for example. this month I received an email saying a fried appetizer was "on the house" I tried to get an order of cheese sticks only to have the cashier and the STORE MANAGER look at me like I was crazy! its also embarrassing when there are customers behind you in line and now I am holding them up trying to explain that sheetz sent me an email for the freebie. its not worth the hassle anymore and I feel is just a gimmick. start informing your employees or don't bother with the monthly freebies & emails. I spend a pile of money at sheetz every month so I do like the freebies, but not the hassle.
