I always order a fried platter and get shredded cheese on top. Then I dump a Mac and cheese cup on top. It's like cheesy fries with Mac and cheese.
An Italian herb roll with grilled chicken, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and topped with 1 1/2 ladles of marinara sauce. It's the perfect amount so that all the cheese melts but doesn't get the bun covered in it.
Don't charge extra for cheese when you get something without meat. (e.g. breakfast sandwich)
