Allow customers to submit their own menu item ideas right after ordering at the in-store touch screens. Every month pick a new menu item and allow that customer to be featured on Facebook and receive that menu item free on first try.
I love Sheetz, but your coffee does not compare to Starbucks or even Wawa. I think that better quality coffee and espresso would make a huge difference. In addition, I agree with lots of other comments about self serve creamer and condiments.
The first thing I think needs to be addressed is the quality of the food being delivered. 3 out of the 4 items that I have last ordered were either over cooked or had items missing.
Stop using Steak-Ums and use real meat. If people don't want to pay extra for quality food, maybe offer higher quality food as a choice at the onset of ordering food. Better yet, offer organic choices! Until I feel Sheetz is offering food that is only marginally bad for me, I will not be returning.
In my opinion the food quality and more importantly consistency has deteriorated greatly over the past 3-4 years. There are certain locations that I will not visit because the food is consistently prepared poorly (i.e. over cooked, sloppy, stale, etc). Standardize practices, have employees sampling the food, improve over-site!!!!
