Loyalty/Rewards Program

Bring back buy 10 get 1 free!

The new rewards program is pretty terrible. Bring back the best part of the old program, and run the two at once.

That way I can still buy 10 frozen mochas and get one free (free iced/frozen beverages don't appear to be part of the new program), or my wife can buy 10 6-inch subs and get one free (currently the only way to get one of those in the new program is by spending $150. REALLY?) and anyone who wants to participate... more »

Sheetz Discount Hat

Like other Sheetz clothing options, except for the fact that this item has a bar code that is linked to your MySheetz Card. So instead of pulling out your MySheetz Card, or Phone, you can have the cashier scan the barcode that is on your Sheetz Baseball Hat that you purchased either online, or at a store.

The Sheetz Hat would serve many purposes:
1) Ability to sell a hat for profit (minimal)
2) Ability to have you... more »

Better gas rewards

My idea is when you building up your loyalty card to ten items so the eleventh is free, rather than getting the next item free allow the customer the option of redeeming the items for cents off per gallon of gas.

Program my MySheetz Card

I have to swipe the MySheetz Card before pumping gas. Then I still have to pick all the options I want. Why can't I program MySheetz so that it automatically selects Yes or No to a car wash, to auto-select the grade of gas, to text me the car wash code if I override my No setting, and gasp, email me my receipt? After providing payment it puts on the screen my default choices, I pick Yes, and start pumping. I could even... more »

Notification of expiring rewards

You should advise customers when their rewards are going to expire. For example, I was one item away from a free breakfast sandwich and now the breakfast credits are all gone and the line isn't even listed at the bottom of the receipt. Had I been aware I was going to loose everything I had earned, I would have made sure to use them up before they expired!

Freebies

Those freebies you load onto our "my sheetz cards" every month or so are great! (when you can get them) EXCEPT it never fails that every time I go to redeem them the cashiers have no idea what I'm talking about and try to charge me for something sheetz actually sent me an email about notifying me of my freebie. for example. this month I received an email saying a fried appetizer was "on the house" I tried to get an order... more »
