Scanning receipt for credit

Hi,
I guess you guys updated the app, and with the update I had to update my email and new password, which wasn't the issue. I was in the front of line when I realized this and I couldn't get credit for what I just purchased.

Is there a way we can get credit for our purchase if we either forget our phones or cards to show the cashier, and in my case I had to put new info in because of an update??? On the receipt that... more »

Sub packaging

I'm not sure if this is a new idea, or maybe the store was out of paper to wrap the subs in, but when I ordered one last week, it came in a box.. It is a horrible idea! The condiments were everywhere but on the sub. They should be wrapped to keep things where they're supposed to be. It was a big mess. Please only wrap them.

Milkshake Straws!

I believe we should carry the thicker, colorful milkshake straws as well as the red ones we currently have. They would be the same straws that different companies use for Boba tea. We can have the current straws for SBC drinks like iced coffees and the fizz city area, then milkshake straws to make drinking our milkshakes easier.

Drive Through

Put something on the site/u-tube on using the MTO drive through. Is it full service, limited service, MTO only? I honestly don't know and have talked to a few folks in line with me who also didn't know, and thus we don't use it. I also see one cashier so do they have to leave the line to take care of an MTO order? If i have a large order am I tying up the person who only wants a coffee?

Drive Through MTO Pickup

Set up drive through with a "holding" station for waiting and a board to show what orders are ready so you can leave the holding area. This could tie with several other suggestions but the order number would display when your order was ready and you could leave the holding station to pick it up (ideally already paid for either inside or via the Kiosk at the pump) but not too bad if you paid at the window. A Time Line of the success of Sheetz

On the Sheetz website, there is a simple page of family and a small description. Sheetz has been around for over 60 years, half a century and climbing. I feel this does NOT do the Sheetz founding family justice. Sheetz Visit Log

The idea is basically a log that one would use on the Sheetz app that keeps track of all the different Sheetz stores you’ve been to, like a digital version of that page in your passport they put the country stamp on. The goal is a fun thing for bragging rightz to see who has been to the most locationz. Limited item or close MTO for an hour or 2

There is nothing more frustration from an employee standpoint as trying to clean and get everything ready for the next day, QA, ect, while also having to be making orders, nonstop, worry about taking temps, and wipe downs and all the little things.

Round up For The Kidz

I feel that an easier way to get people to donate would be to change (or add a button) to the POS that allows for rounding the bill to the nearest whole dollar and donating the change For The Kidz.

I've found much success asking people if they would rather round up instead of donating a dollar, and I know a lot of people would feel more comfortable having a button to push that rounds it up instead of doing the math to... more »
