I would like to be able to use my sheetz points towards discounts with the car wash. In the same process I would like to earn points for using the car wash if I'm not redeeming towards the car wash.
For every 1000 gallons you pump you get a free tank fill up. Maximum 20 gallons
Sheetz Points should not expire.
Or as a bare minimum, there should be a points tracker on the app that alerts you when points are about to expire.
Sheetz should or could create a special VIP card for special customers, much like the "black" card from Amex.
You can set the standards for such a card for the requirements on who gets it.
Perks, like larger discount on gas, hidden MTO items, ability to buy another random customer in the store something under $10.
Special sales or deals for VIPs only.
Possibilities are endless.
I think sheetz should add a games on the app or when you open it you can earn points with out buying stuff like as little as 5 to like 50 points. I believe this would be more interactive with the app and would cause more costumer to want to use the app.
Use of the credit card should tie to the loyalty card without having to swipe both cards. If i don't have my credit card, then I can swipe both.
I would like to see a program where entries are gained based upon point level. No need to enter as Freaks would be entered automatically. For Sheetz promotional goodies, food giveaways, and maybe a Sheetz freak of the week/month from each store.
Sheetz HQ there has been a lot of talk about being able to gift our points to other members; it’s a great idea. But let me tell you something else I thought of while Trick-or-Treating with my kids. Rewards Programs such as Pampers Points or Recycle Bank both have the ability to use their points and for lack of knowing the precise terms “Gift for a Cause.” We have had numerous states in need of funding and Sheetz does... more »
Perhaps we can create a way in which to use our points to purchase Sheetz gift cards or Gifts and Gear from the website. I'd love the Winter Set and being able to purchase and promote Sheetz via gifts to the family using my own points would be GREAT. In addition to the Gifts side of it even being able to use our points of car washed would be great. Who doesn't enjoy a car wash through rainbow bubbles. 🙂 Thanks... more »
All summer libraries encourage kids to read, cities encourage sports, what if Sheetz encouraged healthy eating. Some sort of Kids program would be great to encourage children to eat healthier. 1) Maybe as simple as a punchcard for when kids purchase fruit, veggy, water even. 2) Maybe a card and interactive webpage (like starbucks Bingo thing but for kids) so they can earn points and get specific rewards. Maybe we can... more »
I think a great way to retain customers is to possibly allow them to use points for more off in gas. GetGo does the fuelperks! program and everyone loves that. By allowing us to use our points or by buying certain things, we can get gas at a better price and that would bring a lot more people in and they would stay. I know for as much as I go to Sheetz, that this would be a HUGE perk!
I've had diff customers forget there loyalty card and seem disappointed we can't look up somehow, it be a helpful if we could?
I love how the points add up, but I'll open the app and points expired and I didn't know! There should be a simple line that says 'x amount of points are expiring on this date'
I am a PA Spyder Ryder. From April to October, we have rides scheduled almost every weekend – typically in Western PA, but we also go to MD, VA, WV, and OH – all states that have Sheetz convenience stores in them. Our leadership team always schedules the meet-up points and stops at Sheetz – because we are guaranteed to get a clean bathroom, good fuel, great food and refreshments, and large enough parking lots to hold... more »
The new rewards program is pretty terrible. Bring back the best part of the old program, and run the two at once. That way I can still buy 10 frozen mochas and get one free (free iced/frozen beverages don't appear to be part of the new program), or my wife can buy 10 6-inch subs and get one free (currently the only way to get one of those in the new program is by spending $150. REALLY?) and anyone who wants to participate... more »
