They're always in the worst spots at every location. Why can't the terminals be beside the register like at every other store instead of glued to a display rack or on the opposite side of where you scan your items? This would be a free upgrade to the store and I would imagine it would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to see a table/stand of some sort by the fresh donut display. When I have my coffee or drink in hand there is no where to set it down to get donuts/cookies out of the display so sometimes I don't get any because it's to inconvenient to find a place to set my drink to get anything out of display.
It would be great if there was an express line - 5 items max, no lottery tickets and no tobacco. I think some Wawas have a line like that.
How do you make Sheetz feel more like a restaurant? Indoor seating areas. I've seen them at some Sheetz locations, but not all of them. Make them standard. I want to sit for a few minutes and calmly enjoy my Sheetz. Without tables, my next best option is to sit on the curb or in my car, which could get very messy and stressful.
It would be nice if you stopped junking up the front of the register with displays. It's hard enough being in a wheelchair but when you have to maneuver around displays it's very irritating. Make the stores wheelchair friendly.
You need to go to the large round holders not those small single roll holders. And you need better toilet paper. It's the one thing that makes every Sheetz I go in look like a disaster area, there's always little shreds of toilet paper all over the floor. It would also keep employees from having to take more time cleaning up,so they could focus more on customer satisfaction .
Have a better parking lot/ gas pump area so you don't have to always guess where someone coming is going and don't have to worry about getting in an accident from people coming in or people driving through the pump area to just shoot right out to the exit. For example one way lanes.
I think we need to do away with Sheetz Radio. I have been with Sheetz almost 2 years and am about to lose my mind listening to the same songs constantly. Partnering with a local radio station would be great. It would offer a good variety of music and also local news and weather which would benefit our customers.
The bakery items are not easy to access due to the fact that the doors do not stay open, there is no counter area there to set your donut box and the boxes are very flimsy also the boxes are too shallow to even close if you have a muffin in the box. The boxes do not stay closed at all. Its nearly impossible for someone trying to hold a cane.
One of the only gripes I ever really have with Sheetz is that there are several things that only seem to be carried in certain stores. Some examples, unimportant as they may be: potato chip dip, various cup cakes, certain drinks.. even motor oil. It can make for an irritating trip when a person isn't thinking ahead of time about what a particular store's inventory includes.
Make Sheetz truly family friendly and remove all pornographic materials from all locations.
Small tables and chairs should be added in and/or outside of store to enjoy the food purchased there.
