Have to pay for a newspaper separate because you sell beer?

It is beyond my comprehension why the new Huntingdon store makes a customer have to pay for a newspaper at a separate counter because they eventually are going to sell beer. Sheetz really needs to rethink what built the company which is convenience. If you do not value my time, then maybe I need to rethink where I spend my money. This is idiotic.

Food coursing

Can you please course the cold drinks more in time with hot food? There needs to be a way to prevent my cream from getting 59 degrees while it waits for it's fried food companion rung in on same ticket. I know it's a communication issue because lighting quick ice cream dude always looks at me funny when he calls my number and I hesitate to pick up my frozen drink to melt in my hand.

Shopping basket

What about some sort of a shopping basket, either plastic or better yet, a light cardboard one with a built-in handle that is flat until you unfold/open it. Does not need to be huge but big enough for a person using a cane or crutch to get a drink or two and also get a doughnut or a snack etc. and carry them to the register. Something on the order of a six pack carrier. I think persons with disabilities like myself would... more »

Sheetz Run 5K

A literal "Sheetz Run." With Mac and Cheese bites waiting at the finish line.

The idea came about one day as I was craving mac&cheese bites and considering hitting the running trail which very nearly connects my back door directly to the MTO machine. It was about 8 degrees and almost dark, so I didn't go, but began thinking how a literal "Sheetz Run" race could occur. This fantasy race in my head takes place in Altoona,... more »

Sale opportunities. New items.

Hello my name is Rebecca n I used to b employed at Sheetz. During the 5 years I worked there I came across some food ideas that I believe would boost sheetz profits. One is milkshakes. You can make an ordinary vanilla milkshakes and add the Rte cheesecakes to the mix for a cheesecake shake. It is very delicious, would boost sales, and help with the waste when the cheesecakes go out of code. Also a deep fried burrito.... more »

Round up For The Kidz

I feel that an easier way to get people to donate would be to change (or add a button) to the POS that allows for rounding the bill to the nearest whole dollar and donating the change For The Kidz.

I've found much success asking people if they would rather round up instead of donating a dollar, and I know a lot of people would feel more comfortable having a button to push that rounds it up instead of doing the math to... more »

Limited item or close MTO for an hour or 2

There is nothing more frustration from an employee standpoint as trying to clean and get everything ready for the next day, QA, ect, while also having to be making orders, nonstop, worry about taking temps, and wipe downs and all the little things.

I think that overnight should have a set window where only very specific items can be ordered (fried only, breakfast only, no drinks, something of that nature) or the entire... more »

Sheetz Visit Log

The idea is basically a log that one would use on the Sheetz app that keeps track of all the different Sheetz stores you’ve been to, like a digital version of that page in your passport they put the country stamp on. The goal is a fun thing for bragging rightz to see who has been to the most locationz. Could keep track with a geotagged picture you take in app (the app will only let you take a picture in a certain area... more »

A Time Line of the success of Sheetz

On the Sheetz website, there is a simple page of family and a small description. Sheetz has been around for over 60 years, half a century and climbing. I feel this does NOT do the Sheetz founding family justice. My Idea, there should be a timeline with photos, start the time line from 1952 - show us the first store opened with several pictures and a bio of the man that started it all! Let us see the... more »
